We really liked it here. The room would've had a 5 but our cold water didn't work in the sink. Only hot water came out. And our sheets weren't changed. We left them for housekeeping because we spilled food on it. But the bed was left bare. But the view was great. Its in a perfect location, with shuttles that go from the convention center, across from the hotel, to whichever casino you like. We drove but I love the option in case you want to drink or party. Parking was 20 something a night. And the parking is in the convention center. Not the hotel, so be ready to walk back to the hotel. Opt for valet if you are tired after a long drive. The hotel is very close to the outlet stores as well. The theme of the hotel is Miss America so there are beautiful dresses and info about old pageant winners. I took some cute pics. I didn't get the room pics but it was a standard room.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the event we were to attend. The decor is not modern but unique and historic. There was leftover used soap from a previous visitor’s stay, and I also noticed that the sheets were on top of the comforter, not the standard comforter on top of the sheet. The internet was wonky but more noticeable when my best friend tried to use her tablet. For us, the beds weren’t really comfortable (mattress slightly too firm, pillows way too soft). The temperature of the shower was fantastic. As far as the service, even when we said that we were coming to open the door, housekeeping would try to use the key to open the door. That did bother my best friend and I a little. I wish the whole parking set up would have been explained more clearly because to a visitor, it can be confusing. In addition, this is the first hotel I have been to where a delivery driver cannot deliver food directly to the room. We found that out the hard way. Overall, a 3.5 stars, but rounding up to four.

This is a solid Marriott property. Location is good especially if your interest is the convention center or the outlet mall. Hotel is classy although a bit dated. Both valet and self parking are available. The self parking is across the street in the convention center so recommend dropping your bags with the bellman prior to parking. If you are a pageant fan, the hotel has a great collection of Miss America memorabilia dating back to the early 1900s. There’s a lounge on the 16th floor but it only provides light snacks like nuts and granola bars and there’s a Starbucks coffee machine there. Breakfast is served in the 2nd floor restaurant which is only open for breakfast as far as I know. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and service was excellent. There’s also an independently operated overpriced souvenir shop in the lobby that sells some limited food items and sundries. Front desk and restaurant staff were great. The rooms are well furnished. Mine had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Some of the features are dated such as the bathroom fixtures and lighting and there were limited plugs and USBs. Fitness room was ok with plenty of cardio machines and a dumbbell set. Overall, this was an excellent work-stay for me and I recommend this location especially if you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk.

My stay was relaxing, room was very clean. The Front desk was kind especially Nadiya who helped me find Salt Water Taffy. Thank you sweetheart for going the extra step to help me .

Location should have better signage but other than that it's a beautiful place for conventions. We had an amazing time at the Eagle Excellence Awards. And Bravo to the valet guys they worked hard to park and retrieve our vehicles in a timely manner.

If you’ve ever wondered what it would feel like to sleep inside a time capsule from the late 90s to early 2000s, the Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center has you covered. The front desk staff could not have been nicer, and the maintenance team was genuinely friendly, doing their best to keep everything tidy. But the carpet, the walls, the bathroom fixtures, the lighting… all of it whispers “TRL era Atlantic City” in a way that is both nostalgic and slightly confusing. It’s like the hotel paused itself at the exact moment Destiny’s Child broke up and never hit resume. Let’s talk about the carpet. Why any hotel in a city known for partying would choose wall-to-wall carpet is one of life’s great mysteries. Carpet in a casino town feels like a trust exercise that no one asked for. I respect the bravery, but I do not understand it. Now, location is unbeatable. If you are here for the convention center, you simply cannot get closer unless you pitch a tent inside the lobby. The connected tunnel is a life saver on cold days too. Though I will say, calling it “indoors” is generous. Somehow that tunnel is always two degrees warmer than the sidewalk and three degrees colder than your spirit when you realize you forgot your badge in the room. I don’t understand how you can be inside and still need a winter coat, but here we are. It is basically Atlantic City’s version of a wake up call: a brisk, involuntary power walk through refrigerated air. Is it a little grimy? Sure, but so is everything old school AC. That’s part of the charm. The hotel delivers exactly what you need, nothing you don’t, and everything works well enough to get you through your stay without issues. The staff is kind, the beds are fine, and the proximity cannot be beat. Just embrace the throwback vibes and know you’re experiencing a small piece of Atlantic City history, preserved in polyester carpet and fluorescent lighting. Would I stay again? Absolutely. But next time, I’m packing slippers and a hoodie for that tunnel journey.
